Job Type: Full‑time Title Convenience Store Manager Overview Energy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction. The role works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy. Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees. Complete daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures. Train new employees according to company guidelines. Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and report customer feedback to the District Manager. Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with company expectations. Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties. Ability to lead and motivate employees to be productive members of the store team. Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Minimum salary opportunity: $59,000 - $70,000 per year.
