Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and manage operations at a Domino’s Pizza store. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Manage all activities during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures and set a positive example for the crew. Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling. Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and the company’s visual standards. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company’s image and standards. Ensure punctual attendance and reliable transportation to/from work. Monitor profitability and cost control measures.
