Desired Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Educator Certificate for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVIs) is required
• Previous experience working with visually impaired students in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Comfortable maintaining daily service documentation logs
• Availability for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; consideration given for part-time candidates depending on availability and district needs
• Adaptability to serve various age groups, as final placement may be determined after discussing your background and preferences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support to students with visual impairments in an onsite setting
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and related service providers to support each student’s individualized goals
