About the Role:We are seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our stores located in multiple locations. Your major end result will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will be expected to learn and understand all aspects of the business, including animal care, sales, customer service, and inventory management.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in retail or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in pet care industryExperience in a leadership or management roleResponsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory managementProvide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfactionTrain and develop team members to achieve store goals and objectivesMaintain a clean and organized store environmentAssist in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase salesSkills:As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and train and develop team members. Your ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Additionally, your experience in retail or customer service will be utilized in daily operations, including sales and inventory management. If you have experience in the pet care industry or a related field, you will have an advantage in this role.
