The International Logistics Coordinator manages global supply chain operations. They plan, track, and optimize the cross-border movement of goods. Key duties include arranging air, ocean, and ground freight, preparing complex customs documents, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and resolving shipping delays to meet delivery deadlines. Core Responsibilities Shipment Coordination: Book and schedule international air, ocean, and ground freight across freight forwarders and carriers. Trade & Customs Compliance: Prepare import/export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) and ensure adherence to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) laws.
