AD Operations Specialist

Overview

This is a Full Time position in the field of Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations , located in San Francisco, CA .

The position pays $75,000.00 — $85,000.00 per year .

Responsibilities

• Record / Ingest Content into servers
• Set up live shots for newscasts/shows
• Quality control video and audio signals for live productions
• Monitor and fulfill media ingest requests
• Monitor/Manage archive workflows
• Monitor/Manage server storage space
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

Basic Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, certificate or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in multi-media, video, sound-music, television production environment & projects
• Fundamental understanding of Audio/Video signal flow
• Basic time management skills working under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, and messaging
• Working knowledge of video/audio file formats
• Basic video editing a plus

Additional Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be 18 years or greater
• Must have ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Self-starter, capable of managing tasks efficiently, able to self-manage with a vested attitude
• Position requires a cool, level-headed individual who works well under the pressures of “live” television
• Must be available to work flexible hours, which will include nights and weekends
• Ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
