Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Assess residents and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Educate residents and families about care and health management. Document resident information precisely, maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Model dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership within a resident-centered, faith-based culture. Mentor staff and support ongoing clinical practice improvements.
