They are currently seeking a proactive Client Services Manager to deliver excellent customer service to an ever expanding range of clients, ensuring they retain their market leading reputation. Responsibilities You will manage relationships with key external stakeholders and oversee the service delivered to your portfolio of key accounts. You will also work to implement and manage more effective processes for ensuring clients are adequately and consistently serviced. Your focus will always be to work on improving and maintaining the high level of service your clients receive, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Internally, you will oversee a small but highly focused and busy team, acting as the escalation point for any client concerns. Key Attributes Excellent problem solving skills People management experience Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and organiser IT literate – good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and Outlook Applicants must be resident in the United Kingdom and have worked or been recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
