Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the settlement lifecycle of ETF creations, redemptions, and underlying basket components while ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Investigate and resolve settlement breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, operational exceptions, and manage collateral requirements to mitigate risk.
• Perform daily reconciliations, controls, fail management activities, inventory allocations, and buy-in coordination to support regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, trading desks, ETF sponsors, contra brokers, and internal business partners to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, and manipulation of large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and pattern recognition abilities with the ability to identify trends, exceptions, and operational risks.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment independently.

• Pay: $38.48 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Assignment Length: 6 Months
• Work Schedule: Mandatory onsite 5 days per week during training, then transition to a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 onsite days per week
