Key Responsibilities: Manage daily clinic operations and staff scheduling, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and established workflows Provide confident, accountable leadership with the ability to delegate effectively and uphold standards consistently, including addressing performance or attendance issues in accordance with company guidelines Ensure efficient patient flow for well visits, vaccines, and sick visits Lead, train, and evaluate clinical and front‑office staff Maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment Address patient concerns promptly and with empathy Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational needs Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection‑control compliance Oversee vaccine storage, documentation, and reporting Support credentialing, audits, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: 3+ years of medical office or clinic management (pediatrics preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with EHRs, scheduling, and insurance workflows Certified Medical Assistant is a plus Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary Supportive, family‑centered culture Opportunity to lead a growing pediatric team Full‑time benefits packag #J-18808-Ljbffr
