We are looking for a dependable Property Administrator to provide Contract support for a residential community in Cincinnati, Ohio while the team fills a permanent need. This position will partner closely with the Property Manager to help maintain daily leasing activity, deliver a positive experience for prospective and current residents, and keep administrative processes organized. The ideal candidate brings property management experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to balance customer-facing responsibilities with office support.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations for a multi-unit residential community.

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct community and apartment tours, and respond professionally to leasing inquiries.

• Track applicant activity and follow up on lease documentation to help move prospects through the rental process.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain leasing records, resident files, and other property documentation with accuracy.

• Assist with general office administration, including correspondence, data entry, scheduling, and routine clerical tasks.

• Communicate with current residents and internal team members to address questions and route requests appropriately.

• Help ensure leasing and administrative workflows remain timely, organized, and compliant with property standards.

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or property administration.
• Working knowledge of residential property operations and leasing practices.
• Ability to provide strong customer service during tours, follow-up, and resident interactions.
• Experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
