Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Software Support

Salary: $41,600 - 41,600 per year Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is required.
- Experience using Clio and/or MyCase is required.
- Strong understanding of law firm workflows and case management processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology and teaching others how to use it.
- Organized, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Onboard and train new users on our legal software platform.
- Walk users through features, workflows, and system configuration.
- Provide ongoing customer support and respond to software-related questions.
- Assist users with basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct follow-ups to make sure users are comfortable using the platform.
- Document issues and coordinate with the appropriate team when additional support is needed.

We are hiring an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant for a software onboarding and support role. This position focuses on helping users adopt and use our legal software platform rather than performing traditional paralegal casework. We are looking for someone with prior law firm experience and hands-on experience with Clio or MyCase. The role is in person and offers pay from $20.00 per hour.
