Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

If so, you might be a great fit on our team!As an Account Representative for Jason Marquardt State Farm Office, you will focus on generating new business opportunities while also identifying additional protection needs within our existing customer base. This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, having conversations, overcoming objections, and achieving goals. Prior insurance experience is not required. We will train the right candidate and assist with licensing.Responsibilities:Generate new business through referrals, inbound leads, networking, and outbound prospecting.Follow up consistently with prospects and lead opportunities.Educate customers on insurance products and protection strategies.Provide insurance quotes & proposals for auto, home, business, and life insurance.Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within agency systems.Conduct insurance reviews with prospective and current customers.Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and production objectives.Qualifications:Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate) preferred.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter who takes ownership of their resultsCoachable and open to feedbackComfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversationsProfessional, positive attitudeCommunication skills - written, verbal, and listening.Licensing Requirements:Property & Casualty License (required)Life & Health License (required)Work Environment:In-office position located in Menomonee Falls, WIFull-time schedule (Monday - Friday)Compensation & Benefits:Compensation is performance based (salary plus commissions & bonuses) - expected income range is $50,000 - $75,000 depending on individual performance.Base Salary plus uncapped commissionsQuarterly performance-based bonusesPaid time offRetirement plan benefitsHealth InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceOngoing training & professional developmentState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
