• Pay Range: Per Visit Rates - $60 - $80 per visit
• Pay rate varies based on area of coverage, home health experience and number

The ideal candidate works well both independently and within a team, can maintain a positive attitude to encourage patients in recovery, and has existing knowledge of Nursing guidelines and recommendations. Responsibilities * Assist in monitoring patient conditions, report status changes, and contribute to ongoing updates of the care plan under RN supervision. * Provide direct patient care, administer authorized medications and treatments, and support daily clinical needs. * Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient treatments, vital signs, and clinical progress. * Ensure a clean, safe environment by properly handling, sanitizing, and maintaining medical equipment during visits. Qualifications * Current state licensing for Licensed Vocational Nurse, CPR required.
