Key Responsibilities

 Assist the CFO with audit preparation and provide supporting schedules and

documentation for external auditors.

 Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling

items.

 Reconcile multiple bank accounts across numerous legal entities.

 Reconcile fixed assets, notes receivable, notes payable, accrued liabilities, prepaid

expenses, and other balance sheet accounts.

 Review and reconcile interest income and interest expense accounts.

 Prepare and post adjusting journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and periodend

entries.

 Ensure all journal entries are recorded in the proper accounting period in

accordance with GAAP.

 Review the Chart of Accounts for accuracy and consistency.

 Prepare and record intercompany transactions and elimination entries for

consolidated financial reporting.

 Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.

 Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and ensure account

balances are properly supported.
