Clinical Account Executive - Oncology- Milwaukee, WI
AbbVie
Field-based clinical sales role in Milwaukee territory covering oncology products focused on chronic lymphocytic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The position requires strategic account planning, clinical expertise, and partnership building with healthcare professionals to drive business outcomes and improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused clinical and scientific engagements to healthcare professionals
- Evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution and drive results
- Partner cross-functionally to coordinate customer experiences and maintain compliance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
- Competitive selling skills and demonstrated account management ability
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Oncology or hematologic malignancies experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus
