If you are passionate about reimagining authoring tools and defining the future of AI-driven analytics for Workday HCM and Financials, join us in shaping what's next.About the RoleUse your business intelligence, analytics, and financial reporting background—along with an eye for modern AI-driven insights—to execute on the vision for Reporting and Analytics.Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities—from core financials to conversational and AI-assisted reporting tools—through direct input with customers, analysts, developers, and architects.Collaborate with the Workday support team and triage customer reported issues for the components you own.Collaborate with other peer product managers, Support, and engineering teams to bring closure to customer reported issues.Act as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, grooming the backlog, keeping the team focused, and communicating to stakeholders regularly.Partner with other Product Managers within Analytics and in AI/Agent and Application teams.Be the product champion externally, and passionate voice of the customer internally.Program Management – balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results.About YouWe are open to hiring at either a Senior Product Manager or Principal level, depending on experience and skills of the selected candidate.Basic Qualifications- Senior Product Manager6+ years experience in Product Management or in a role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions 3+ years experience in business intelligence or in the analytics domainBasic Qualifications-Principal Product Manager10+ years experience in Product Management or in a role that builds Workday reporting and analytic solutions 5+ years experience in business intelligence or in the analytics domainOther Qualifications3+ years experience in a role building Financial Reporting or Business Intelligence solutionsKnowledge of Workday’s Report Writer, Composite Reports, or similar enterprise reporting tools is idealExperience building with AI-assisted reporting capabilities (e.g., natural language query, automated insights, or text-to-report authoring)You have a BA / BS / BE degreeYou have experience with web technologies or enterprise SaaS platformsYou have excellent analytical, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skillsYou are a fast learner, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts to varied audiencesWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
