We provide excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision ++ a fun company to work!!!We are looking for midlevel experienced (3-6 years) of software product management experienced profiles, preferably with an experience/understanding in both front end (UI/App) and back end (APIs/Data) technologies.Responsibilities include:Assisting in defining the product vision and roadmap and experiences to achieve the business KPIsGathering input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product visions and concepts; analyzing competitors and market trends; synthesizing data, evaluating technologies; developing detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communicationsWriting user stories as a part of the product development lifecycle that: directly support primary objectives of the product and/or initiative are appropriate in size for iterative development include clear and specific acceptance criteria consider dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiativesParticipating in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product developmentProactively identifying problems that arise in the project, outlining options, recommending solutions, and escalating as neededWorking closely with business partners to define the product vision, manage roadmap, define requirements and manage prioritization of all business requestsCollecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and product experiencesWorking closely with engineers to understand system constraints and launch new solutions using an iterative product delivery processBeing responsible for delivering consumer-facing products / experiences that drive conversion of shoppers to loyalty members and increase engagement from current loyalty membersB2C background (retailers like Walmart, eBay, etc...)Experience with web/mobileNice to have would be supply chain experience as this person would sit on their "fulfilment team "
