The focus of assistance is in enhancing the quality of patient management, maximizing patient satisfaction, promoting cost-effectiveness, and increasing the efficacy of addressing healthcare disparities. We specialize in engaging and caring for medically complex patients. We are looking for empathetic professionals that are enthusiastic about this population with a focus of care from that person’s perspective. Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid time away and 401K Medical, Dental and Vision. Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation. Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development. Provides leadership in the practice location. Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with Idaho Law Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
