Employment Type Full time Schedule 120 shifts per year, split equally between Boise and Nampa sites. Boise shifts to be 16 hours onsite (4p – 8a), and Nampa shifts to be 24 hours long, with a minimum of 4 hours onsite. Call None; APP in-house at night with Neonatologist on call from home (30‑minute response time)

Tail) Health/Dental/Vision Retirement (403b) Practice Highlights Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a full‑time or part‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join their employed, 3 Neonatologist and 6 NNP team in the Boise metropolitan area. Neonatal Units Our 32‑bed, Level III NICU in Boise provides a high level of care for 250+ infants annually, offering conventional ventilation, iNO, HFOV, and jet ventilation for very early preterm, late preterm and term infants. Our 6‑bed, Level II NICU in Nampa (15 miles west of Boise) is clinically integrated with the Birkeland Maternity Center with an annual delivery rate of 1,000+ babies and is the only NICU in Canyon County. Responsibilities Attend high‑risk deliveries and facilitate NICU admissions Co‑manage NICU patients with the attending Neonatologist and site‑dependent well newborn nursery patients Participate in multidisciplinary rounds with the Neonatologist in the NICU by providing active management strategies that may include nutritional adjustments, ventilator management, lab and radiology review, and updating families Eligibility and Qualifications Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner Program with current RN and APRN licensure; current national board certification as NNP desired.
