Salary: $60,000 to 70,000 per year | Full-Time | Remote |

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and personable Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our growing telehealth platform. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding Mental Health Therapists and helping them successfully complete the steps required to begin providing care through our platform.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, multitasking, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.

You may be responsible for onboarding up to 25 Mental Health Therapists per day , ensuring each therapist receives timely guidance, support, and follow-through throughout the onboarding process.
What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding process for Mental Health Therapists joining our telehealth platform.
• Guide therapists through onboarding requirements, documentation, platform setup, and next steps.
• Communicate with therapists via email, phone, video conferencing, and internal systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Handle a high volume of onboarding activity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot common onboarding issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or credentialing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within company systems.
• Ensure therapists have the information, resources, and access they need to successfully begin working on the platform.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive onboarding experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and increase efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruiting, customer success, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and conversations simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or behavioral health organizations is a plus.

In this role, success means moving therapists efficiently through the onboarding process while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service.

You should be comfortable working toward daily onboarding goals, managing multiple conversations at once, and making sure no therapist gets lost in the process.
Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to 70,000 annual salary depending on experience
