Nurse LPN

NurseOur Nurse will become a part of our multidisciplinary team that provides an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care. We provide the highest quality of care and have a commitment to the professional growth and clinical development of our team members.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for providing coverage as the nurse within our group/residential site.Meet with Site Administrator to review day's assignments.Provide medical care, promote health maintenance and health education to clients.Arranges and/or accompanies (if applicable) client on medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within 2 weeks).Administers immunizations as required by New Jersey State Law. Maintains immunization records.Responsible for supervising the ordering, controlling, storage of medications and first aid suppliesRequirements:Active New Jersey LPN License and CPR/AED certification and at least one year of nursing experience. Experience working with youth and adults with psychiatric and medical issues and developmental disabilities a plus. Bachelors and DDD certification also a plus.Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a mission driven organization partnering with at-risk individuals to build happier, healthier, more hopeful lives.
