Customer Service Representative

Mission of the Role (What you will be doing) The Customer Service Representative provides a consistent, high-quality customer experience and serves as the primary communication link between customers, sales, operations, purchasing, and manufacturing. This individual will proactively manage customer orders, inventory levels, pricing, and service-related issues while ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information. This position is ideal for an experienced customer service professional with a background in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or distribution environments. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams while supporting business growth through exceptional service and operational excellence. Experience, Skills, and Education Required Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service, account management, order management, or inside sales support experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the corrugated packaging industry strongly preferred. Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
