• 2 front ends PAFE (Planning Analytics for Excel) - which plug in to Excel and PAW Planning Analytics Workspace - which is web front-end

Description :
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Planning Analytics/TM1 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our IBM Planning Analytics (formerly TM1) models and applications. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities, directly supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes to meet business requirements. This includes building new models from scratch and enhancing existing ones.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand their planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs, translating these into technical solutions.
• Design and implement effective dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
• Manage data integration by creating and scheduling TurboIntegrator (TI) processes to load data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, other enterprise systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Planning Analytics environment, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
• Optimize performance of existing Planning Analytics models and applications, identifying and implementing best practices for performance tuning.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Planning Analytics
applications

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as an IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Developer.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing TM1 cubes, rules, TurboIntegrator (TI) processes and reports in Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), Perspectives, and Planning Analytics for Excel.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Education:
BS or Equivalent yrs experience
