CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Bellingham, MA. We’re looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. Long-hour shifts are available for caregivers seeking consistent hours.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and client routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
