Custodial Manager (2nd Shift)

Description JOB/POSITION SUMMARY: To provide oversight and leadership to the district custodial department, ensuring effective operations, positive employee relations, effective evaluation and professional growth of department staff, and attainment of department and overall district goals. Reports to Director of Facilities Qualifications Education and/Or Experience: Custodial/school custodial experience is required At least 2 years of leadership and/or management experience strongly preferred Two‑year college or technical degree from an accredited institution strongly preferred Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license is required Reliable transportation necessary to travel between buildings as necessary Terms of Employment Job classification: Non‑Certified Administrator Shift type: Full‑time – Must work a flexible schedule and maintain availability during department staff working hours Hours per day/week: 8 hours daily/40 hours per week, 260 day calendar Salary: $45,344–$76,876 annually, based on experience FLSA status: Exempt Benefits eligibility: Yes Benefits: Annual Paid Time Off – Vacation days (20), Personal days (4), Sick Days (7).
