Ensure accuracy and provide clarification by coordinating with Shipping, Pricing, and IT to resolve internal and external invoicing questions and system issues. Cross-train and provide backup support to team members. Train summer students. Adhere to month-end and year-end special deadlines. What We’re Looking For High school diploma. Minimum of three years of experience and/or training with invoicing or similar role; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer entry skills with speed and accuracy.
