Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following completion of a nursing program and prior to licensure. They will need to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed. Key Responsibilities: Educate patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care. Utilize critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, promoting patient- and family-centered care. Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly. Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in professional development. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times. Qualifications: Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Preferred: Successful completion of a nursing program, ability to obtain licensure promptly.
