New Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following completion of a nursing program and prior to licensure. They assist in educating patients and families, assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical thinking, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. The role emphasizes promoting patient safety, quality care, and professional development. Candidates must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on illness management and medication use. Assess and evaluate patient needs holistically. Develop and modify individualized care plans in partnership with the team. Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engage in ongoing professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing. Preferred: Additional qualifications not specified. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
