Job Title: Management Analyst

Location: Patuxent River, Maryland

Introduction:

Rivet Operations Company is hiring a Journeyman level Management Analyst to help evaluate Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) program objectives and performance. This position plays a key role in analyzing project requirements, budgets, and schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze program requirements, performance, and budget data.
• Develop business case analyses and management reports.
• Track program status and prepare briefings for leadership.
• Implement data collection and documentation processes.
• Provide business, financial, resource planning and funds management support to various program management offices.
• Coordinate and prepare procurement requests in Navy ERP and route to appropriate personnel.
• Develop technical work packages and work breakdown structures in support of all programs utilizing the Navy ERP system.
• Provide support in implementing corporate initiatives and in providing workload and business forecasting analysis.
• Develop documentation for acquisition planning, including risk assessment and business/financial advice.

Compensation Minimum: $110,471.00

Compensation Maximum: $137,910.24

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience. Associate's Degree plus 2 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience

• Experience supporting defense acquisition or financial programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Experience with the Navy ERP system.
• Working knowledge of Seaport-NxG, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, and DTS.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. May include lifting to 25 pounds as necessary.
