New Home Sales Consultant

Job Summary We are building new communities in the Charlotte market and seeking professional, driven sales professionals to represent our communities and guide customers through the home buying process with enthusiasm and energy. Requirements: Proven track record of sales success; independent and entrepreneurial spirit; coachable to learn our proven selling process. No real‑estate license or prior home-selling experience required. Weekends required. Responsibilities Use our selling system to lead customers through the home buying process. Drive sales and achieve individual earnings targets. Qualifications Driven, goal‑oriented, passionate professionals. Stable work history demonstrating sales success and grit. Independent, entrepreneurial spirit willing to take charge of earnings. Coachable and willing to learn our selling process. Will work with the best and be hired by the best. Training and Earnings Best‑paid training program with individualized length and ongoing coaching. High earning potential—$150,000+ possible.
