Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population with support from highly trained medical professionals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to reshaping healthcare by promoting value-based care models and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for patients.
• Utilize telemedicine platforms to conduct virtual consultations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional care teams to manage patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case reviews with physician leaders.
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Athena preferred) to manage patient data efficiently.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical practices and evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certification: Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Certifications:
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.

Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate leadership in patient care.
