Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and learned firsthand how much of a difference the right team can make. That experience helped shape the type of agency I wanted to build-one where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Today, we're a team of eight that works hard, celebrates wins, and enjoys spending time together both in and out of the office. We have a laid-back atmosphere, but we're serious about taking care of our customers and helping each other succeed. We're proud to be one of the top-performing agencies in the Southeast, but what matters most to me is maintaining a culture where people feel valued and have opportunities to grow.

One thing that makes our agency different is the investment we make in our team members as people, not just employees. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Brandon Thomas - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
