What You'll Do Strategic Sourcing and managing supplier relationships Negotiating contracts, prices, and other aspects of purchasing relationships with suppliers Analyze purchasing, sales, and other relevant data and market insights to develop, execute, and monitor purchasing and supplier strategies Collaborate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues that may impact operations, customer experience, or supplier relationships Develop processes, metrics, and visibility tools to streamline category strategies. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, or a related role. Proven track record of success in sourcing, supplier relationship management, negotiation, data analysis, strategy development, and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
