We are in search of a highly motivated candidate tjoin our talented Team.Job Title: IT Project ManagerLocation(s): Sacramento, CA (Remote)Stakeholder ManagementProject Sponsor meeting presentationsProject Team ManagementTeam meeting agenda/notes/follow up on action itemFs.Resolve team member issues/escalations.Support onboarding.Collaborate with vendor PM tdevelop project schedule.Budget ManagementEngagementsCybersecurityInformation Management and Compliance (IMC)Coordinates with Enterprise Performance & Prioritization on project changes and administrative changesEngages BRMs when needed during execution phase supportAgile Team RequestsProject DeliveryDevelop/Manage the project plan.Develop/Manage tthe communication plan.Support RFP development life cycle and contract execution.Create/Manage the project schedule with input from project team.Develop Monthly status reports.Project Change Requests: manage any changes tthe scope, schedule, budget, benefits and submit for approvals based on Enterprise Performance Financial Chart/guidelines.PPM workflow and Key Milestone development/managementRAID tracking.Ensure test plan and strategy developed and executed.Ensure team member's knowledge transfer if applicable.Collaborate with technical lead tsubmit Production system change requests. Attend IT Change Coordination and speak tchange request.Draft communications and coordinate with Employee Communications tfinalize/schedule delivery if applicable.Collaborate with other project managers in the IT PMand across the Enterprise taddress technical dependencies, schedule and resource constraints.Coordinate Support Center and Support teams Operational Support workflow for Hypercare and beyond.Engage and collaborate with Change Management team.Ensure training delivery and documentation completed.Project CloseoutBenefits RealizationMandatory RequirementsPMP certificationMinimum of 5 years project management experienceTechnical RequirementsAbility tmeet standard PMP project management and deliverables as outlined in Scope of Work.Desirable QualificationsAgile CertificationAssumptionsThis position will be primarily remote and work offsite, as project work allows.
