Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large, complex, mid- to long-term initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project outcomes related to cost, methodology, and overall success, while aligning with broader organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of one or more large-scale projects, ensuring delivery against defined goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop business plans, objectives, and strategic initiatives that support organizational priorities. Provide input into company policies and objectives, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on critical business and project-related matters. Manage and execute HR-focused projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish both tactical and strategic priorities. Drive change management initiatives, including the development of communication strategies and materials to effectively engage stakeholders and employees. Establish and track key performance metrics, including benefits realization and satisfaction surveys, to measure project ROI and value. Implement project reporting tools, dashboards, and methodologies to provide clear visibility into project health and progress. Partner with external vendors to ensure contract compliance, performance expectations, and project timelines are met. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive project management experience. Proven experience leading traditional (Waterfall) projects, with the ability to incorporate Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid delivery environment. Strong understanding of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes. Experience managing projects involving procurement, vendor contracts, and third-party delivery. Ability to effectively integrate Agile methodologies within broader project frameworks.
