- # DescriptionThis position reports directly to the Managing Director of DC Solutions. We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager**to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to datacenter infrastructure, products, and services. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring the successful deployment of datacenter solutions, including hardware, design, engineering, installation, and integration services. Additional responsibilities include:**Responsibilities:*** Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, quality and performance standards and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, managing processes for the project lifecycle.* Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.* Predict resources are needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.* Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.* Conducts cost analysis; estimating expected costs for the project and preparing and implementing a budget based on estimates.* Identify the specific business opportunity the project aims to solve and the desired outcomes and benefits.* Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Managing Director and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.* Conduct risks assessments, report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risks.* Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.* Conduct post-project reviews to refine processes and enhance service offerings.* Support additional project initiatives across the broader GoFoton team as approved by the Vice President Sales or Leadership team.* Supply Inputs to Strategic DC Market Planning based on customer and partner feedback* Develop and manage the process of measuring Customer Satisfaction, producing quarterly customer satisfaction reports for Data Center customers.* Communicate and collaborate with Sales, PLM, Field Support and Engineering to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, products & solutions.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations, stand, specifications, and best practices.* Carry out other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned by management.* Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and technical support.* **Ability to present to diverse audiences, including C-suite level executives.****Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and** **stakeholder management skills.**
