Project Manager

Location: California Job Type: Full-time I’m working with an established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, preferably including retail, restaurant, ground-up, tenant-improvement, and site/civil projects . Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project financials Perform estimating, takeoffs, and value engineering Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with clients, design teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and inspectors Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project performance Prepare project reports and resolve issues before they affect delivery Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial construction experience 5+ years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager Retail and restaurant experience preferred Experience with ground-up, tenant-improvement, and site/civil construction Strong leadership, organization, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Procore experience is a plus Benefits include medical coverage with dental and vision options, vacation, paid holidays, 401(k), and strong career-growth potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
