As our next sales development representative, we need someone who can turn potential customers into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills.

We need someone who knows how to use social media to find prospects and reach out to them. Our ideal applicant is a great dealmaker, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and has previous experience in customer service or sales. $54,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Develop strategies for using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads
• Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
• Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• Successful experience providing customer service preferred
• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
• Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
