Schedule & WorkLife Balance: This position follows a 4x9 schedule (7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) with either Tuesday or Thursday as the regular day off. We are closed evenings weekends and major holidays and our team strongly prioritizes worklife balance for all staff.

Role Overview: This role supports our procedure suite and is ideal for someone who thrives in an active handson clinical environment.

Responsibilities include: Assisting with procedure timeouts alongside the physician and radiology tech Helping patients on and off the procedure table Supporting recovery MAs with patient discharge Assisting Intake MAs with room turnover.

Position Summary: Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant (MA) role is assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment while promoting a smooth flow of patients through the office. The Medical Assistant (MA) role functions under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.

Required Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Must meet one of the following requirements: Graduated from an accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours of clinical experience completed; or completion of an Adult Education Medical Assistant program and 6 months of clinical experience in a practice setting; or 1 year of clinical experience in a multi-provider practice setting (equivalent experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. License/Certifications: Current AAMA NHA AMT NCCT or NREMT certification preferred. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. A NH Med Tech License or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license is required for those positions located in New Hampshire.
3. Experience: Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Position Summary: Clinical Team Assistant:

The Clinical Team Assistant (CTA) is responsible for performing daily patient service functions to support the clinical team in the delivery of patient care. The Clinical Team Assistant functions under the license of a provider when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.

Required Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

1. Education: Student or graduate of an accredited vocational program community college or university in the field of health sciences that required clinical experience for advancement; or completion of an MA program that did not require a clinical externship; or completion of a healthcare vocational program with a patient facing component; or equivalent relevant clinical patient facing experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. License/Certifications: Current BLS certification within one month of hire required.
3. Experience: A minimum of three months of patient facing clinical experience required.

The pay range for the medical assistant position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.

The pay range for the clinical team assistant position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
