Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts per week
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Weekend and call hours as facility requires

Required Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active RN license
• 4+ years of med-surg experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Registered nurse skillset, including strong collaboration with other caregivers, patient care planning, and upholding confidentiality and patient rights
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
• Commitment to facility mission, values, and high service standards
• Professional demeanor; black scrubs required

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate comprehensive care plans using the nursing process
• Coordinate patient care with multiple departments
• Maintain patient confidentiality and advocate for patient rights
• Provide oversight and mentoring to direct caregivers
