Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Solutions team. In this role, you'll help prospective and existing members understand their health insurance options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide exceptional customer service every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective members.
• Educate customers on available health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.
• Assist members with selecting the plan that best fits their individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current members throughout the enrollment process.
• Accurately document customer interactions within Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow established sales processes, compliance guidelines, and call scripts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Representatives, county offices, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and communicate system issues or process improvement opportunities.
• Stay current on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and continuing education.
• Meet established sales, quality, and customer service performance goals.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Tennessee Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred

• 1+ year of inside sales, call center, customer service, or healthcare experience.
• Previous experience selling health insurance or other regulated products.
• Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system.
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry and CMS guidelines.

Work Environment

• Onsite position located in Nashville, TN.
• Full-time schedule with occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs require.
