Sales Representative - New Jersey South - Hospital (Emergency Care)
Stryker
Stryker seeks a field-based Sales Representative to promote and sell Emergency Care products, including defibrillators and chest compression systems, to hospital providers across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role combines direct sales, customer relationship management, and clinical product expertise with travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Emergency Care Hospital products to healthcare providers
- Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative approach and clinical demonstrations
- Build expertise in hospital resuscitation and treatment protocols and competitor offerings
- Manage customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process orders
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and performance metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 75-80 pounds unassisted
- Sales or clinical background preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of P&L management, market research, and field testing
Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses + benefits
