As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls, send emails and text messages, and respond to inbound customer inquiriesGenerate and develop new sales leads and opportunitiesEngage with prospective customers and identify their needs and interestsQualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales teamFollow up consistently with leads and customers to maximize appointment opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM systemDocument customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointment activityWork closely with the sales team to communicate lead quality and customer needsMonitor lead activity, appointment results, and other performance metricsProvide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience at every interactionAssist the sales team in moving prospects through the sales processQualificationsPrevious sales, BDC, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and personable phone presenceAbility to build rapport and establish relationships with customersHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and goal-orientedComfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with a CRM system is preferredDealerSocket experience is a plusAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Honda of Princeton?At Honda of Princeton, your success matters.
