Events Manager II

Independently drives the delivery of first-class engaging and high-impact events for Seattle Childrens high-profile donors board members and executive leaders. Provides end-to-end project management for complex high-profile board engagement recognition and executive leader experiences. Identifies opportunities to improve best practices internal processes and brand presence to achieve engagement goals. Works with limited supervision to partner with leadership external speakers VIP guests and key stakeholders to execute event strategies.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations Hospitality or a related field AND six (6) years of progressively responsible event leadership production and project management experience ORFormal education or event-related experience for a total of ten (10) years of progressively responsible event leadership production and project management experience organizing multiple projects with competing deadlines through to possess a valid drivers license and maintain a driving record approved by the Risk Management department. Access to a reliable personal vehicle for business travel is be able to attend events outside of typical business hours (evenings and weekends).

Required Credentials
Washington State drivers license.

Preferred
Knowledge of database systems and health care experience working in a non-profit organization.

Compensation Range

$100110.00 - $150166.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
