Full Time Brooklyn, NY, US Job Responsibilities: Effectively read and evaluate architectural and electrical drawings Conduct a detailed takeoff of lighting fixtures and controls as shown on the drawings . Read and check lighting specifications to insure they are in sync with layout and application on drawings. Interact with client when, or if, inconsistencies in specifications and drawings are discovered. Estimate lighting changes for bulletins/addendum's on projects in progress. Interact with manufacturers and factory sales reps to produce competitive and timely pricing. Evaluate accuracy of vendors’ quotes Prepare bid packages based on customer’s bill of material Collaborate with Management/Sales on proposals Increase overall project performance Qualifications The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: General Education Degree . Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) On-Screen Take Off experience a plus. Saw8 Cahill Estimating experience a plus. Ability to multitask while staying organized. Ability to meet deadlines and successfully work in a demanding environment Strong verbal and written communications skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
