I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of 15. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, gaining the experience and knowledge needed to build a successful agency. I'm a proud Ohio State Buckeye fan and dog owner - my dog, Bruce, always keeps life interesting! Our office is fast-paced, high-volume, and consistently ranks among the top State Farm agencies for production. We work hard, support one another, and are always focused on helping our team succeed. I'm looking for someone who is a go-getter with a sales mindset, learns quickly, and is eager to grow their career. Dan Albernas - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Licensing is not required.
