Kin Insurance continues to grow; as we expand into new territories, we are looking for an experienced Licensed Sales Manager to help build and lead our sales teams. Our Sales Managers play a key role in Kin’s growth and success. As a Sales Manager, you will hire, develop, and manage our front-line Sales Agents through strategic mentoring to guide them toward achieving sales targets and goals. You will partner with other departments to ensure your team has the tools they need to be successful.
