If you too want to be a Maxonian and help bring to market the finest software products for 2D and 3D visual effects, motion graphics, games, AR/MR/VR, visualization and general design, let’s talk.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration across the AMER region.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct and channel sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales quotas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.Drive channel partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives to expand Maxon's presence in key vertical markets and geographic regions.Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market dynamics to provide regular reports and insights to senior management.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in direct and channel sales leadership roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in the AMER region.Ability to help Enterprise Salespeople identify, nurture, negotiate, and close complex, large (1M Plus) deals with international corporations.Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and customer success.Ability to travel frequently within the AMER region as needed, and occasionally travel to Germany for corporate meetings.Salary Range*:USD 250,000 - 300,000 OTE annually (California)*Salaries at Maxon are based on a candidate's specific criteria including experience, skillset, education and location.
