Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive rehabilitation team. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to our inpatient rehabilitation patients.
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Unit Type: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Number of Beds: 20
Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: 7 Occupational Therapists, 9 Physical Therapists, 2 Speech Therapists
- Night Shift: Varies
Patient Ratios: 4:1
Type of Equipment: Vector System, Lite Gait Systems, BITS, VR, etc.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Must Have:
- Minimum of 6 months of current occupational therapy experience
- NBCOT certification and Occupational Therapy Colorado state license
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care settings
- Background working with neurological and orthopedic populations
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, adaptable, and flexible, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Scrubs should be in gray or black color.
